Ever since we opened up the Top Shop... new members always mention how much "heavier the weights feel" when they are at TL compared to whatever dump they used to train at.

We couldn't agree more. We use old school plates. None of that rubber or hexagon garbage you find at normal commercial gyms.

So when you come to the Shop, make sure you adjust your weights accordingly or be prepared to get humbled under the bar!
